Golf…with a little rodeo between holes

These lovely lashes belong to sweet Susie, a very contented cow who grazes with gusto on leaves and grasses growing on the grounds of the Tubac Golf Resort.  Formerly the Otero Ranch, this hacienda and its groves and gardens now make up a chic hotel and golf course getaway.  Should you wander along the cart path and encounter Susie, or one of her cattle cousins, play right on through.  They’ll continue enjoying a satifying cud as if you weren’t there.  But resist the urge to pull out your camera, your Minolta might as well be a red cape, and you are suddenly a lone paparazzo on the streets of Pamplona.   Run, run for your life!
